    Forem for International Trading is motivated to answer the needs of upper and middle class consumers in Egypt by offering world class quality products in the field of personal care.


    Trading Strategy

    The Company intends to achieve its mission through a professional approach to the market.  Our objective is to build brand loyalty and hence business continuity for them rather than short term trading.

    In the initial phase, the company is going to rely on its multinational partners to provide the necessary marketing support elements (TVC’s, display, POS, etc.)

    The second phase, the company intends to establish a marketing service department that will be responsible for advertising, media, and market research.

    Adequate budgets and resources will be allocated for this department given the important position it will play in brand building for identifying market opportunity.
